PCI for unprotected left-main disease - in-hospital mortality (Gulf-LM registry)

Random forest: cross-validated AUROC 0.904 (0.859-0.941), somewhat optimistic because the random forest was selected as the best of 14 algorithms using these same cross-validation results; the nested cross-validation estimate, which corrects for this selection, is 0.885 (0.841-0.924). Neither has been externally validated. Research tool - not for clinical use.
